"Meat lough." I said. I pulled it out of the oven to cool.

"Smells good," I replied.

"Thank you." I smiled. I put the mashed potatos in a bowl and pulled out the veggi and set the table. "Sylvia Dinner!" I called out.

She came out of the library and sat done.

I served up the plates then sat down to eat.

I sat down and began eating with them.

It was too quiet at the table. "So how was your day at school Sylvia?"

"It was good," she replied.

"Thats good Learn anything?" I asked.

"We did some multiplication," she said.

"Oh cool. Sounds fun." I smiled.

"Yeah!"

I smiled. She was a little cutie. I looked at Hayden he just seemed to listen to us.

I smiled softly as I listened. I was glad she got along with her. When I finished I sighed. "Dinner was great but now I have to do my homework. Thanks," I said before getting up and putting my plate away. Then I went to my room quietly. Sylvia watched me leave. "He usually doesn't spend so much time doing homework, and I haven't seen him with homework on Thursday before," she said.

"He usually doesn't get homework on Thrudays?" Something is up if she was telling me this. I took care of the dishes.

"No, he said his teachers all believed in one day a week and they agreed on Thursday," I replied.

"humm." I finished the dishes. "Thanks If your done you can go do your work in the library." I said.

"Ok," she said. I sat in my room looking at the needle quietly.

I cleaned up after her. And thought to see how he was doing. I looked at the note on the coffee table. and sighed. I dried my hands. and looked at it and acucally read it. It wasn't a threatening note it was kind hearted. As I read it, It was someone helping me other than Hayden it was the princeable since he did really notice the issue and took care of some of the problem. I smiled softly. But I knew it wouldn't always go away. I knew there was still going to be an issue. At least this was some good news out of this darkness. I got up and went up stairs to show Hayden but I didn't expect what I saw.

I was putting in my second needle already. The fact was obvious because it was sitting plainly on the dresser and I was relaxed.

I blinked so unsure what to say at first. "Uhh Hayden?"

I looked up at her in surprise. I dropped the needle that was empty on the floor. "Misty, I....." I couldn't think of anything to say. "Im sorry," I mumbled.

"What is this all about?" There were things I could tell he didn't tell me probably for a reason or to hide it.

"Uh, my dad is a drug lord and he got me involved in all this at 10. Then he started letting me use some of our products and I got addicted," I said.

I just couldn't still believe it but yet its here staring at my face. But I still couldn't believe that a guy so sweet as him that I was likeing did this. "I understand." Did I really? Well He lived where his dad was like that and I guess it was kinda hard to aviod it.
