Angel City (1x1 open)

Let's just say that one shop took two hours and we had to get someone to help us get the clothes to the car. Now was shoes and then I got to go home. I was supposed to get makeup but I would borrow from Clair until later. The shoes only took an hour. Partly because Nathan seemed to be in pain over this. When it was over we climbed into the limo to go home. "Since you're going to be helping her I think it would be alright if she got to stay between homes if she likes," Clair said. "Sounds alright."

"Okay. Sounds good to me." I said.

I looked out the window as we kept moving. Then we stopped and all I could do was stare at this amazing house that was two stories but there were several acres to it as well. It appeared as though she didn't have any prying neighbors, but I knew better. The car moved again and I realized we were just at the gate to her house.

It was a beautiful place. It was very elegant and high moral for sure. I looked her admiring ut.

The car finally parked and someone came out to help us with the bags. Clair told them which room it was before leading us inside. "My husband is away on business for a few days so he won't be too involved with us. But let me show you the house," she said and she led us through.

"Its a ver nice place clair." I said. As we looked around.

"Thank you, it was a wedding gift from my husband. I had my eye on this place for many years and kept counting the days until I could leave for this. Of course I got engaged before I moved out so my husband knew everything about this by then," she smiled as she showed us the kitchen. "I can see why, though I prefer a Victorian plantation or tradional chinese style home," I smiled at her.

I smiled. "Well thats a good thing."

She led us all the way through the house ending with my new room. "This room was originally supposed to be my daughter's but she died after being born, and I couldn't handle having the empty nursery so I put all that away and just filled the space with a random theme for special guests," Clair said and after a second she shrugged and opened the door. I honestly wasn't sure of taking this room. Upon seeing it I had other ideas.

I looked at the size of the room. It looked damn nice. "Seems your lucky Star."

"Jealous? Awwwww," I giggled at him as I looked and found I had my own bathroom.

"Maybe just a little. Since this is like nearly twice bigger than my place." I mumbled.

"Well when you're pulling together two pay checks better is easier," she said and seemed really intrigued over my reactions. "I am glad you like it though."

I looked at clair. "I see."

"Don't you think its a little much for me though?" I asked her. "No, I mean you're living here and that makes you a special guest," she smiled. "Besides the maids already put all your clothes in the closet and that many clothes can take awhile."

"You'll be fine Star. Your not a problem to either of us." I said.

"I just don't think it works for me, I don't live in luxury," I said as I sit down. "That was true but not anymore."

I sat next to her. "I know."

"Believe me you will not even believe you were ever in the humans life when you get adjusted," Clair said. I nodded and sighed, "its going to take a lot."

"Yea but thats why we are here."

"I know," I sighed again. "OK so what kinds of things will I be expected to discuss at the interview with whoever?" I asked. "Well the council will allow us to propose an idea on how to handle it."

"But it mostly depends on what they are talking about which sometimes it's mostly about what you do. and everything around it."

I nodded. "The hardest part is going to be us trying to make up a story about where you came from. Especially since you have some human relations," she said.

I nodded. "Yea but we will figure it out right?"

"Of course," I smiled at him.
