Angel City (1x1 open)

"We are a team and nothing will put us down. Right Clair?"

"Of course," Clair said.

I smiled. "See there you go." I said.

"I know. How about we start with a dinner out somewhere the three of us? Maybe we could get some shots of us together before we break the news?" I suggested. "I think the press would eat it. Definitely helps to get that interview scheduled."

"The press loves it when they get good scoops." I said. And sighed.

"So all I need is an outfit, my hair done, and some makeup. You might be able to help me by finding a good outfit," I said. "I will go get my stuff," Clair jumped up and rushed to her room.

I smiled. I looked at my self. "Well.. I'm not dressed to go to such a thing. This was a quick grab a go from this morning." I sighed. I was still in sweat pants with a random Band on it.

"We can swing by your place," I said. "Nonsense, my husband has some of his old nice pants that'll fit and I don't want you seeing until she is finished. Let me show you his stuff," Clair said as she comes back and rushes him to the closet of guy clothes in her room. Then she comes back and gets to work on my hair and makeup.

I was going to aruge. But she was gone before I could I sighed. "Right." I said and looked at what my options were.

She started brushing my hair and I just sat still. She left it down though because it looks great, and she moves on to makeup.

I hot changed and waited in the livingroom.

She found a dress for herself and me when she finished. After she got dressed she made sure I had all the right stuff to go with it before letting me go downstairs.

I waited quietly.

We made downstairs and I looked at them. "Do we even have a place in mind?"

"Not sute yet." I looked at her and was amazed hoe beutiful she looked.

"Well, I think we should know what you like," Clair said. "Well I like to eat shrimp and vegetable plates. I eat pizza and um," I had to think of something they might eat.

"Shrimp does sound good. Seafood in general." I said.

"Then we can go to that new restaurant on 8th street," Clair said and dug in her purse for her phone. She used it to make reservations.

"Sounds good to me." I smiled.

"I don't know anything about it," I said.

"Nor do we." I said.

"Alright let's go, they have one table and they're keeping it for us," Clair said. I smiled and we followed her and the driver to the car.

"Well thats good that they had a table." I said.

"Even if they didn't it wouldn't be so hard to get one," she said as we climbed into the car.

"True." I said. Getting in.
