Do You Have Any Suggestions For The Forum?

Yeah I agree with you, its HoN related, so no harm done really, it can be in the character section like Claim a Character is, they don't cause anything to be done, and i don't mind starting that back up, just upto the Admins really.

Since the House of Night elimination game is a game and it was agreed throughout the staff that no games would appear on the forum it will not be coming back.

I think you should change the layout to something more simple and a little easier in the eyes.

I think the site is great but i think it would be fun to have a games section that we could all be silly in.

the layout was created like this and it's not that hard to understand. It's the same as it used to be just with something at the top and a different way to show the members online and such.


there used to be a games section but people took advantage of it and ended up only posting there, or spamming there, so we had it removed. The site is about the HoN books, and not many people were here for the books after they found that section. The same goes for the Chatbox, which will also not be returning.

oh okey nevermind, i didn't know that you had once had a games section and people abused it.

That was why anything that didn't have to do with the books or characters was removed. We kept the library cause that talks about other books, some that might be similar, and RP cause there is a HoN section there. Poem/story/fanfic all have to do with the books too cause its sorta like showing off an affinity

Maybe, instead of a game section, you could create a song/playlist section. Where user's that have permission from an admin, moderator or whoever to put songs on their.

We will not be adding any sections that don't have anything to do with HoN

It could be songs that remind us of the HoN books.

then you can post them in the section for the book it reminds you about. We don't have anything against non-HoN related things it's just that too many times people have taken advantage of them and so we have removed them indefinitely.

Play lists, as said before, can be put in the areas where the songs remind you of the book, so like, if it makes you think of tempted, go to the tempted section.

An online world with Avatars cannot be done on here, there is no way to make it attached to this forum, it would have to be on a new site, and it might not even be free.

and as for HoN world, that's basically a role play really...

i think that i would be cool to have a contest for the most visted member or somethin lik that

If you're saying the member that vists the most that wouldn't be much contest because some people have things that prevent them from getting on, work, school, social life, etc.
However every month in the competition section we have contests for friendliest member, best avatar, etc.

To add onto what Namine posted, all the contestants are chosen by members and then voted by members. The only thing done by admins or mods is monitoring.

i have a sugestion....

you know the main titles for topics and how they display a topic that has recently been posted in...

when one of the temporary mods post in a thread and it is shown up on the display, you cant see their names with the white background unless you high light their names.

i was thinking maybe changing the colour of the temporary mods's group....?

if not completely understandable, was just something that i noticed.

I think we may be able to do that..I'll try to maybe darken it to a more beige color..I'll look into it a little later.

I was able to darken it and not make it look like another group colors.

i did have a thought on making it the Lime colour or Moave colour if you were able to do that...

It's harder to change the colors in the admin panel because its a color pallet and you have to move to the right color...It's just annoying there lol
