| I don't cry often when I read books but when he died I couldn't stop myself. I thought he was going to be the one for Zoey because he was so amazing and had a cool affinity. He was hardly in the book much before he died it was so strange! I was just staring at the page (probably looking incredibly confused) wondering if i'd read it wrong or maybe that was just wishful thinking. - Spoiler:
When he came back to life as a red fledgling I knew that they would have something special, I just hope it becomes more than a warrior oath and that Zoey picks him in the end.

| I was so sad, he seemed like he was gonna be such a great character, and I was all excited, and then he DIED! Whaaaat? I think Neferet had something to do with it, though, because of his skill and he just died so soon!!!
