i know but i wasn't mad i was more sad than anything

i started to cry after i read that stark died. it was depressing but yay he came back so i'm not depressed anymore

i know it was tragic lol

I was completely gutted
I loved him as a character and as usual i was on the bus when i read this sad bit.. i always seem to be on the bbus when sad bits come up.

I also loved that he was different and had a dog it was so cute.. you really felt for zoey as he lay dying in her arms

i was so gutted i bowled out crying!
he was perfect!
in a badboy way
i thought him and Zoey would be together, but he died in her arms :'(

when Duchess started whimpering that was just heartbreaking.

hopefully Stark and Zoey will be rejoined some time in the future.

I cried when he died. and how hi like kissed her. It made my heart ache. but I'm glad he's back.

i know, i cried, and my heart ached, bu that was my fav part of the whole book.

i was sad but didnt pay it too much mind because ot the undead dead kids that come back to life the red fledglings

i cried when Stark died. i mean he was just so sweet and cute, and the way he kissed her i bawled when he died, but thank goodness he fights his way back.

i tryed to do that too.
i did get worried when he wouldnt wake up.

I love Stark and his smartypants attitude, he kind of is perfect for zo in a way he can keep her from getting over serious like when she went off on her friends in Tempted i think it was, he kind of told her she was mean for doing it but was nice but smarty pants about it.

ya, he always adds humor to the books.

His death didn't really phase me at all. He was new and I knew very little about apart from his "gift" and what pain it had brought him. Also it wasn't that surprising, given how Neferet was making a big deal about him and his "talent", I figured he had an important role to play and that Neferet would manoeuvre him into a position where she could take advantage of said "talent". I felt nothing for him. Stevie Rae, definitely but not this guy I barely know.

I was kind of surprised but kind of not.... when i died i was shocked but i had a feeling that he would be coming back so it didn't suprise me when he came back. but i am totally TEAM STARK!!!!!

Of course his death was expected...but I was still sad about it I began to become teary eyed when Zoey held him and he made her promise him to take care of Duchess and to not forget about him.

I love you JAMES STARK!!!

I thought it was so sad the way he died and to have a second person die like that in front of Zoey and someone that she was just getting to know and felt such a connection with so early was heartbreaking. I felt so sorry for Duchess as well.

I was kinda sad, too, since I hate it every time a character dies (Bellatrix and Voldy were the only exceptions to this rule), but I wasn't THAT sad because Stark had just appeared and not much was said about him. Had he been along for longer I definitely would've been a lot sadder.

I was shocked...really shoked... I liked him very much and I cried when I read about his death
