Omg!! SKYE!!!!, your story friggen Rox!!!! Like seriously! I was trying to open some apple sauce while reading,and I failed...because I was so into it!! I swear chica get over you writers block this junk is addicting! Hey hey are you gonna make katie put those picture all over the school? And was that guy she liked three years ago jason?? Chapter Five: Secret Forest Meeting?

Skye:
As soon as the bell rang I jumped and ran out of class. I could hear footsteps behind me, but that only made me move even faster. I needed to get away from him before I... Before I... I shook my head. No, I won't even dare to finish that sentences! "Ugh!" I growled, basically running out of school. Which didn't work so well, since I had flip-flops on. I ended up tripping down the stairs, not that I cared. I got right back up and continued running, ignoring the stinging pain in my leg. I needed out of this school, now! I ran out the back door, that was only open for janitors and was supposed to be hidden. Was this school stupid or something? It wasn't that hard to find, and everyone knew about it.

Once I made it outside I took deep, calming breathes. I looked down at my knees, which were scraped and bleeding a bit. It was nothing major, and worrying about an infection was the last thing on my mind right now. And the thing that was, was the last thing I wanted it to be. Zack. I didn't know why it was so hard to just be around him! I thought I was over him, well, I am. But that doesn't mean seeing him doesn't hurt! I started to walk towards the forest that trailed behind the school. I figured I could find some peace there. I found an odd shaped rock, it was slanted but not evenly, and sort of circular on one side, and rectangular on the other. I've never seen anything like it before. But I wasn't the type to stand there and stare at it, I just sat down. Finding it relatively comfortable since I could lean back against a tree. I closed my eyes and put my iPod headphones in my ear. I needed to clear my head, and music was the only thing that could do that. My favorite song came on, My Life For Hire by A Day To Remember. Their lyrics were amazing. I cleared out my head and let the music flow through my head.

Somebody give me a sign

I heard a loud crack coming from the direction I came from and jumped. Falling off my rock. I sighed and paused my music, knowing I was probably just being paranoid. I laid there for a bit, with my eyes closed. I started to get up, but I was suddenly pulled up off the ground. My eyes shot open and when I saw who it was, they got even wider. I started to walk back slowly, brushing myself off. My headphones had fallen out of my ear and were now lying limp on the ground along with my iPod. "W-what are you doing here?" I asked softly.

"Looking for you," He replied, looking me straight in the eyes. I swear, I haven't looked into his eyes since the party! Well, aside from pictures, but those were nothing compared to the real thing! I just couldn't look back, because I know what would happen if I did...

Zack:
I hadn't meant to startle Skye, it just kinda happened. Well, I was actually sure it was going to happen. I'm pretty sure even I would freak out if I heard noises of someone following me while I was alone in a forest. I mean, what the hell was she thinking anyway?! I broke away from my mental babble to reply to her, looking her straight in the eye, which she refused to return. I guess I understood, no matter how much I wished she would forget what would happen, she never will. If only she knew the truth.

"Why?" She replied icily. It kinda hurt, but I didn't let it show. I shook my head and smiled softly.

"Because you're alone in a forest, and someone could have took you or hurt you."

"And?" She replied. I gave her a confused look.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"And why the hell do you care?!" She yelled. "You didn't care last summer, because you sure as hell didn't try to contact me in anyway!" I could tell she was mad, and all I wanted to do was explain to her how much she meant to me.

"Skye, I-I do care..." I interupted her from contining. She looked at me with the most angry face I've ever seen her have.

"Really? If you cared, you wouldn't have cheated. If you cared, you would have at least tried to talk to me! If you cared, you would have listened when I said I never want to see you again!" And with that, she turned around and tried to walk away. I quickly grabbed her elbow, trying to get her to just look at me. But she jerked out of my touch. "Don't you ever, touch me again," She spat. And this time, ran off.

I couldn't believe she just left like that. I guess it was what I deserved. I came in and intruded on her life, when she had a new boy and new friends. A new life, where she seemed perfectly happy. And the sad thing was, I knew I was too selfish to stop intruding.

Katie:
Once I did all the work I needed to do, I decided to ditch school for the rest of the day. It's not like I'd learn anything I didn't already know. Perks of being a former nerd, I was in all AP classes. Until I dumbed myself down and made myself go back into regulars. Now I know everything they teach in those stupid classes. I shook my head and stuffed everything in my backpack, slowly opening the door and looking. It was clear so I headed out the back door, and quickly ran behind a corner. I saw Zack walk out of the forest, looking sad and defeated. And I realized I hadn't heard from or seen Skye. Well, wouldn't Jason like to know his new buddy and his girlfriend were having secret meetings in an empty forest, all alone? I smirked and took out my phone, taking a picture. I smiled and hummed all the way to my car. Today would be a good day. I already had everything planned out. In two days was the talent show, and next week was prom. School was ending soon and everybody was excited.

As they say, in highschool, you make some of the best and worst memories of your life, right? Well, my best memories will be these next few weeks, because they'll be Skye's worst.

1/3 of Chapter 6 : Pain.

Skye:
How could he just follow me like that?! What the hell did he want anyway, I thought as I ran . No matter how much I tried to hold them back, the tears still ran down my pale cheeks. It was hard enough to see him, but to talk to him killed me! And when he gravved my elbow, I almost gave in right there. If I hadn't ran, I knew what I would've done. I would've turned around and hugged him as tight as I could. I would cry and tell him just how much I missed him, not sugar coating anything. But my mind knew better than to even attempt to do that. I already knew what it was like to sit there and cry because he hurt me. I already knew what it was like to hurt so badly it was hard to breathe. The thing is, I know I can't take that pain a second time.

I shook my head, wiping my tears away and willing for those memories to just disappear. I looked around to see where I had gone. I was in the towns park, a place I haven't been to in months. I used to sit by the lake for hours on end and just write how I felt in either a poem or song. Sometimes I'd even just sit there and think, looking out at the moving water. I always felt so peaceful there. I sighed and cautiously walked over to the lake. "Just as crystal clear and beautiful as ever," I whispered to myself as the water came into view. It was a light blue that you could see through. I looked down and saw all the interesting things within the depths of this water. It was just how I remembered it. I saw down by the edge and took off my flip-flops, putting my feet in.

The water was warm, like it usually was in this lake. Which is unusual since summer wasn't even here yet and it rained a lot around this time of year. I always used to wonder if this lake had some kind of secret heate or something. When I looked back on those thoughts I laughed at the stupidity. I decided I would stay here and just relax for a while, get my mind off of things. I reached into my pocket to take out my iPod, only to find nothing in there. The mental panic began then. That iPod held eerything. My songs, my poems, everything I didn't want anyone to see. I quickly scrambled to my feet, almost falling into the lake. I put my shoes on and ran for dear life. If anyone got a hold of that, I'd die. Mentally of course. I continued to run until I found the all too familiar forest. I ran in, searching frantically for that odly shaped rock. I soon found it and sprinted to it, finding my iPod on top of it with my headphones neatly wrapped around it.

I had remembered it lying splattered on the ground, so how it got on the rock, I had no idea. Then I thought and sighed. It must've been Zack. I quickly turned it on and found it on the notes page. This was where I had all my songs and poetry. I gulped, knowing he must've read them. That biitch! He thought he had a right to look through my stuff?! I shook my head and ground my teeth together, trying to take deep breaths. Relax, it's not the end of the world, I thought. I soon realized it said I had written twenty notes, but I only remembered every writing nineteen. I scrowled down gently with my thumb, searching for a note I don't recall writing. When I reached the bottom I saw a note entitled, "I'm Sorry." I knew who had written it and I automatically clicked the delete button in the upper corner. ut I just couldn't click the file to delete it once and for all.

I sighed, openeing it, revealing a letter I knew would hurt me. But also a letter I couldn't stop myself from reading. I guess you could say I liked the pain.
