I kept looking back. Then I realized we were on a rooftop. I was already running to fast so I jumped off but unfurled my wings and held on tight to Dylan.
I knocked on Liam's door. "Hey! Get up! Time for practice." I yelled.

I grumbled.

i winced,"a little."

I held onto her.

"Sorry, I'd take the pain from you, but that's more of what I haven't learned." I said.
I flung Dylan on my back and went really fast.
"Don't you grumble at me!" I said. I waited outside the door for him. "Just hurry up and get out here." He's such a rat!

I sat there feeling everybody's emotions.
I held on to her.

"We lost her." I said, slowing down.
"Hmf." I crossed my arms. No way is he getting outta training. Especially when he can see the future.

i got out,"happy?"

i smiled.

"The snow queen. She has major grudge issues. She would've said a lot of things to you so we'd be unhappy." I said.
"No, but let's get this over with." I said and started towards the training feild.
"If only you knew how Lauren feels about Liam, though. It's hillarious. You look at them right now and their fighting. But go inside her head and she's crying." I said. "The crying part isn't funny just the fighting."

"Really?And what about Liam?"I asked.

"Oh,"I said

i sighed as we got to the field.

"I can't read him. He's like one of those mysterious books you can't guess what they're going to do but with feelings. He can block his mind. Lauren doesn't know how he feels about her so she stays with us and acts mean bvecuase hes so rude." I said.
I looked at him. I changed into a wolf and jumped on him. I immediately pushed him to the ground.
"Blame my mom. She was interested in a guy and so was the snow queen. My mom got him and then he died." I said.

That's what you get for being rude. I told him.
I watched her.
We flew in silence for a while. Then I found a nice dark place to land.

I thoght for a minute,"maybe there's a reason,"I mutterd as got to my feet.

I got off her back,"so he was what?"

I growled,"off me."

"Shadow hunter." I said.
"Maybe you're right. We've never gotten the invetigator to look for anything but we could." I said.

"I mean maybe Liam's like that for a reason!"I said,"I wanna talk to him."

"Ahhhh,"i said.

I sighed as I got up,"whatever."

I leand my head in my folded arms.

I growled. Respect is something you'll learn. If not one day your best friend will kill you.
"What?" I asked.
"I'd rather stay out of it. That's between him and Lauren. But warning don't say Lauren likes him, she'll kill you." I told her.
"You alright?" I asked Rylie.

I looked up,"yep perfect,"i muttered.

"Nothing,"I smiled as i pulled her to me.

I shrugged,"be back,"I went to the feild,"can I borrow Liam please Laren?"I asked.

I jogged over to her and smiled," hello Hannah."

I changed. "For a little we just started." I said and walked off.
"You don't look like it." I said.
I let him pull me to him. This the best way to spend recovery.
I went and sat in the living room.

We talked and he told me stuff,the he went back to training shocked I went back to dallas.

I swayed us a bit.

"Cause ,"I looked down, nobody ever talks to me.'I thought.

"You know people would think you're very interesting, if you'd talk to them." I said.
I laid upside down on the couch and sat properly when I saw Hannah.
I swayed with him.
I went back to the field. What was that about?

I looked up,"nobody has time for me."

My face was plae as his words echoed.

I grinned,"I love ya."

"She wanted to talk and she acatlly litened."

"I do." I said.
"What?" I asked her.
"I love you too." I said with, maybe, the biggest grin in my life.
"Really. How cool. We'd listen, if you'd listen." I said. And at one point I thought I could change him. How I was so wrong. That thought made me a little sad and closed my eyes as they burned with tears.

smiled,"thanks."

I smiled.

"He was beat , beat and punished and never loved."

I looked at her with concern when she closed her eyes.

That hit me hard. "Well, that's..... something." I said. I sent a very private thought that only Lauren could hear.
I laid my head on his shoulder.
"No problem." I said.
My heart started hurting as I heard, He was beat, punished and never loved.

looked down again,"so .... "

I put my head in my hands.

I rubbed her back

I looked at her,"Laren is somethin wrong."

"No, just.... memories." I said. I started shaking as they came to me. Everything I tried to push away, came back.
I thought about some love songs.
I put my arms around her.

"Is Lissa ever like this around guys? I mean so excited and full of energy when she's around them?" I asked.

I shrugged,"well I don't know."

I leand into him,"I can't belive it..."

I pushed the concern outta my mnd with all the hate my father showed me.

I smiled at her.
