NAME:: Lydia Muse
AGE:: 187 ; Appears to be 42
SPECIES:: Witch / Mistress of the Secret Arts
BEST ELEMENT:: Earth
BIO:: Since Lydia could remember witches were revered as awful hags cursing the young and beautiful to be mindless and pitiful, and bubbling over some cauldron cackling into the night. If things could be done her way, Lydia would make it so the history for her kind were corrected. It was high time they knew that Witches and Wizards had better things to do with their gifts than to hex unseemly mortals or vampires for that matter.

Ah, but how the times have changed and it's becoming less and less easier to convince the world of simple magic. Illusions are the big game now it seems. Still Lydia is of true witch blood, and being royalty is a plus to a higher rank in power. Her family has become quite large over the century and a half and it brings her great happiness to know that her oldest and next in line to take her place has found a lovely girl to marry or wish to marry anyway.

It's not that she's the perfect match for her son, but if he wishes to make her his bride, how is a mother to refuse? Still, there are certain complications for a girl that is not a full witch to marry into a family that is. Karena's other half is a problem and while her son may not want to realize this, Lydia tries to bring it up as much as she can.

A war will ensue either way if Karena chooses her son or not and when that happens Lydia demands that her son be ready for it. It's not easy, nothing ever has been but it'll be twice as hard for a hybrid.

Lydia comes off as a cruel woman, powerful and strict; a force not to be reckoned with and to be feared immensely. To her family behind closed doors, she is sweet and gentle, but publicly Lydia makes it known exactly why she is the leader of all Witches everywhere.


LOOKS::
Lydia Muse is about 5'8" with waist long hair, the color of rich sierra brown and eyes the color of healthy green plains. She has creamy milk skin, which has the tendency of glowing dimly with her life force. From her right hip down to her ankle coils a tattoo of various Earth properties; which looks very sexy when she shows it off. :Db

I couldn't believe everything I was just told. I was a hybrid...a vampire and a witch..? I thought those things were fake and only existed in fairy tales or in people wildest dreams...I sighed and tried to calm myself. I looked out the window, staring at the full moon, trying to remember everything I was told. 'They have to have been joking..right..?'

[ Lol, here goes the longest post ever! XD ]

Lydia:

Her footsteps resounded through the palace hallways as she made her way down to the library. It was time to begin her son's studies with higher ranging magic. Knowing full well that the time had finally arrived. He was going to take over soon and he was also going to marry that girl that had been preordained to be his bride. By choice of course. Not that Lydia wasn't allowed to dream that the girl choose her son over that... vampire. With a sigh Head Witch twirls her necklace, rummaging through the many scrolls and dust covered books. "Where, where, where can it be..."

As she continued to look for the right text, Lydia could feel the earth beneath her whisper the tiny news updates it had always given her since she was a child. It comforted her and kept her nicely at ease.

Elias:

From rooftop to rooftop, Elias continued to run. Wanting to reach the Karena house before all the excitement died down. How many times in one or two lifetimes could one actually start a war? Their laughter tinkled through the night air, joyous and more than a little mischievous as they practically flew over the buildings. Not that they could fly, but with their current speed it could've been possible. Yet, Elias wasn't exactly sure what or how they could possibly set the wheels in motion for an entertaining battle. Sure playing with the minds of humans was fun, but could they actually fool a hybrid, vampire and witch? Ah, this was going to prove challenging. "Haha, what I go through to have a little fun around here."

Elias only stopped when they reached Karena's neighbor's house. They settled on the rooftop like a bird of prey and listened intently for anything that might be of some use. "I hate waiting."

Tendra:

"Well if it's true then things are going to be hectic around here," Tendra murmured to himself as he crushed the little spark of fire that crackled around the desk. The news intrigued him about as much as dogs walking on their hind legs for treats did. Which just means it wasn't very important to him. Now, that didn't mean that the hybrid wasn't important. No, she was what captured his attention so much he practically started packing to get to where ever she happened to be. Not to try to win her heart or anything to do with love, but to study her. Find out how she functioned since a child of witch and vampire blood was unheard of. Maybe he could even get a blood sample or a limb? "Ah, I think that may be asking for a bit much. Heh heh," he scratched the back of his neck sheepishly as he continue to pack up.

Cindy-Loo:

The young werewolf was doing cartwheels along the river bed when the distant call of her father had her running back home. It sounded urgent, which meant she was either in trouble or he was sending her on an assignment. "Yes, daddy-o?" She spoke after tackling him into a hug. The alpha laughed, it was deep and heartfelt once he let her down. He told her that it was time she kept a closer eye on Karena. Seeing as word had gotten around that the male witch and male vampire had finally approached the hybrid teen. "Catch ya later!" She exclaims with a few giggles as her lithe human body shifts to a lovely wolf.

With padding feet Cindy-Loo makes record timing to Karena's house and begins to throw tiny pebbles to her best friend's window after morphing back to being human. No reason in freaking her out even more right?

Cindy-Loo:

A chuckle erupted from the teenager's throat at the thought of a normal night. Neither of them were normal so to strive for it was like trying to grasp light. Still the same playful smile that was always on her face appeared and Cindy-Loo hugged her best-friend-for-all-time hard. "Every time you're with me there's fun! And you better tell me. Is it juicy?!" She made herself sound as interested in what Karena had to tell her as possible.

Cindy-Loo:

"H-Hey! At least the cops weren't involved that time." She said with mischief twinkling in her eyes. It had been fun and as always trying to figure out what her limits were before the truth was out, was important too. Hybrids were a new thing and her father wanted to make sure she wasn't going to be a threat to werewolf kind. Still, how much of a threat could her best-friend ever be? "Yeah, what did they do? Sacrifice a goat to the Ant gods or something weird?"

The park was strangely quiet, the normal sounds of the animals were nonexistent and that immediately had Cindy-Loo on alert. Well, as alert as she could be without giving it away to Karena.

Elias:

"What a pain," they murmured to the surrounding night air before standing and quickly following the two girls. It was strange to get this unknown sense of what exactly the new girls was. She wasn't a witch and definitely not a vampire. Well, this only left one creature to consider and this new and belated information had a sinister smirk cut clean across their face. "My my my, a puppy and hybrid. This night just might be worth it."

It didn't take Elias long to reach the poor excuse of a park and remained a few yards away from Karena and Cindy-Loo. It was a reasonable distance, they were still able to hear the girls without being noticed. It was a shame that the beautiful hybrid was already betrothed to two other guys, the vampire thought idly.

Tendra:

If he had bothered to actually take time to pay more attention to the Ruin stones his adoptive family had encouraged him to learn, well it may have made the trip easier for the growing witch. He got lost plenty of times and since he wasn't one hundred percent sure on where Karena was located at, he couldn't use a transportation spell through fire to help get him there quickly.

"I should've been more prepared." He sighed and lightly punished himself for it. All well, sooner or later he's going to find them and it shouldn't be long before the view of a neighborhood park came into view.

I laughed. Cindy-Loo had a way of making me laugh even though I was scared out of my mind and worried to scare her away. "Yea..this time.." I shook my head and sat on a bench. "Ok, so you know how my parents are like uber strange and are encouraging me to, and I quote, 'Listen to the elements at all time'?" I looked at her, waiting for her reaction.
