I sat behind my desk, playing with the pendent that hung around my neck. A single golden leaf. That was my emblem. father would be proud...or that's what I kept telling myself anyway. I was the Vampire Priestess and I was doing my job well, keeping my promises. All but one. I needed to carry on the genes so the royal family could carry on the heritage. I shook the thoughts from my head and looked over the paper work. I was to expect new vampires soon, and they had to be trained and ready. They always thought it was going to be easy or they could handle it. They couldn't be anymore wrong than to go off like that; arrogant.

I was in the woods doing my morning routine. I loved running around healing the trees. it was the first thing i did every morning. but maybe that would change one she chose me...but for now ill stay a runner and heal the sick and dying trees.

Even if at the time it didn't make sense to her, Cindy-Loo agreed with Karena's parents now that she knew everything. "What's that got to do with anything?"

Lydia:

It took her some time to find the right textbook and once she had it held snugly in one arm, Lydia went back to the grand hall of her home. With a small flick of her wrist, a servant came running- "Find my son, immediately." The nervous man went running off as fast as his legs could carry him to find the Head Witch's son.

*I got down from the roof, and went for a walk. I didn't know where to go in my mind, so i let my fet guide me along. I got to the forest, near the park, and walked through the forest. I stopped at a familiar tree. I always liked to climb the tree, so i climbed it, and sat in one of the branches, listening to passers by*

I smiled at her. "Well...they aren't human...they are..My dad's a vampire..and my moms a witch. tonight these two guys showed up and told me I was their mate. It freaked me out and when I asked my parents they told me I am a half witch, half vampire hybrid!" I watched for her reaction. Would she think I'm nuts? I was kidding? What would she say..

Now here's where her awesomely awesome acting skills come in, srsly. Everything that Karena had told Cindy-Loo, the young werewolf had already known so it was hard to be genuinely surprised; so acting was a necessity. With a big, overly dramatic gasp and a slight punch to her best-friend's arm when she stood upright, Cindy-Loo managed, "GET OUT! What? No freakin' way." And here is where she begins to pace back and forth in absolute... "shock".

"Wait, wait, wait! What the heck does this even mean?"

"um..I'm not sure. I'm special? I guess..I just...need normal...or like..not those guys near me. They both said I was their mate and that I needed to marry them. I'm 18, so not ready to get maried..hell I don't even want to date them! They are freaky!" I shivered and took her hand. "Please, please, please, normal tonight?"

tonight didnt go as i though it would. when i went up to her i could tell the witches got to her first. she was freaked. i wondered what hse was gonna do. how she would react. i mean she looked young.

I growled softly and put my hands over my face. There were so many new teenagers that would be coming here...but that wasn't the issue. The issue was they didn't know it yet. I brushed my hair out of my eyes and looked over the pencieve. The pencieve was something no one knew about, it cast images into any dimension I wanted. It helped when I had to watch over my new students, and otherwise.
