The wings on the cover are probably to represent him. I mean a Rephaim with no wings will have us all confused about who the person in the cover is. | |

| @liz: i could just speak to myself but when i realized that the guy is wearing red tattoos, it was clear for me that he has to be Rephaim. To be honest i was more confused that the boy has wings, cause it was said that he hasn't got wings in the reflection. So i hope he could have SR AND his wings.  | |

| when i first saw it, i was like "What? Kalona in the cover? NO WAY!" So I guess I was fooled. About the wings, well its true that he didn't have any in the reflection, but maybe this is A SIGN that he will keep his wings. Got to keep it positive  | |

| I'm absolutly in love with Rephaim n when I first looked at the cover on Pc's blog she said "it's rephaim as he saw himself in the fountain in burned" n i was like "he didn't have wings in the fountain reflection" so i just came to the conclution that he changes but gets to keep his wings n Pc didn't want to give anything away with spoilers so she just said that. n well he has to have a big role in the book cause the only REALLY big roll from Marked to Hunted was Zoey and she was on the cover n then in Tempted Stark n Heath had a big role just like Zoey hell Heath DIED! n then in Burned it was mostly about SR who was on the cover so I'm guessing Rephaim has a HUGE role in this book. well at least I hope I'm right! *cross fingers n prays* | |
