The Summer That Changed Us

"Hey good job and stuff I'm back from the-" I looked up after stepping back inside after my restroom break. "Er, uh, bye." I turned around and went to the door.

"Kinda fell?" I asked.

I pulled back and laughed. "You don't have to go."

"Kinda yeah" I nodded.

"No, it's fine, that was really awkward." I smiled then. "So a hug is just a hug, huh?" I asked her.

"How did you kinda fall?" I asked

I grinned and chuckled.

"I don't know. One second I was walking, next second my face was on the ground."

"That's sweet, and sort of awkward, but sweet." I said.

"Ouch, you okay?" I asked.

"That's okay, should've peed longer." I said. "So is this all undercover?"

I put my hand on my forehead. "Kay, well now I don't remember it anymore, you can tell me whenever." I smiled, I still did remember it but I hoped it would make her feel better.

I rubbed the back of my head. "I can leave if you want to have a sister talk."

"Yeah, just got some noseblood."

I shook my head, "No it's fine" I smiled, "Right" I looked to Liz

"Right, yeah, all is well." I said.

"Ow you okay?" I asked and touched her hand.

I looked down at his hand and smiled. "Yeah. I'm all good" I said.

I chuckled and nodded. "Okay" I said.

"Right so with that, I'm going to leave." I went to the door and opened it, I almost closed it before popping my head back in. "Don't do anything I wouldn't." I said and closed the door behind me.

"Oh, uh, er sorry." I moved my hand back.

I smiled shaking my head slightly, "you do realise that doesn't leave much" I told him

I smiled and took his hand. "It's okay."

I chuckled. "That doesn't sound good."
