The Summer That Changed Us

I giggled. "Yes!" I said and catched a drop with my tongue.

I followed her.

The drops came down a bit faster now and I sat up enjoying it.

I heard rain hit the roof as I moved things. Rain made a nice sound.

I played the opening bars to a song before hearing the rain and stoped, I turned to him, "Rain" I smiled getting up, "Waterfight?" I suggested since we were all going to get soaked anyway


I took her and in mine

I finished up what I was doing and then went to go walk in the rain.

I chuckled and nodded, heading for the door.

I stood up and did a little twirl. "I love the rain!"

I felt the rain get heavier as we walked, "I'm predicting a waterfight" I said, "It being the 'It's raining tradition'"

"Josh can join" I said, "If he wants" I shrugged

"Me too." I said standing. "And there's now probably gonna be a water fight."

I smiled as the rain got a bit heavier, I was really cold but I didn't mind.

I smiled,"me and Josh have are own tradition you'll see after your guys waterfiht,"I kissed his cheek,"have fun,"I ran off towards the muddy soccer feild where he waited.

I grinned as I put the soccer ball.

I shrugged as she ran to the soccer field before I went to find the others

I looked up at the sky. "Awesome."

I took his hand again. "Let's dance!"

Me and josh got into the soccer game slipping and sliding on mud,I laughed as I fell,"my mom would kill me if she saw this!"I looked up at mud was everywhere.

I sat beside her,"to bad Nick didn't join us."

"Okay, but I have to warn you I'm a terrible dancer." I said taking her other hand in mine.

As I was walking I saw to figures, covered in mud on the soccer field. "Are you guys... okay?" I asked.

I looked up,"we're fine,"I smiled.

I chuckled,"totally."

"Are you sure?" I asked taking a step towards them. "It's pouring and you're covered in mud, not my definition of fine."

"Yeah" I said and looked around.


I smiled and pulled hi closer. "No you're not!"

I laughed,"yeah we had a game of soccer."

I watched the girl,"we're cool like this."

I walked over to Nick and Amanda, "I've been ditched for a soccer game" I shrugged

I threw mud as Josh,I got up,"now before anyone else sees how crazy we are. we sho-"I slipped again.

I chuckled.
