Dumped on Valentine's Day(marked by nyx and courtney only)

"I'm gonna take you somewhere special," I said.

I sighed. I got out.

I got out of the car and walked over to the other side. I got in the driver's side and waited for her to get in before I started the car.

I got in on the passenger side and buckled up.

I started the car and drove out of the parking lot after I had buckled my own seat belt.

I looked out the window.

I drove down the street and took a right before pulling into a small parking lot. "We'll have to walk from her unfortunately. Not that much of a walk though."

I shrugged. I unbuckled and got out.

I got out with her and locked the doors. I gave her back her keys. "I had already made reservations a few days ago but after.... so I figured I might as well bring you."

"Bring me to what?"

I walked around the corner and pointed to the little french styled bakery. "There," I said.

"Why am I here with you?"

"Because I wanted to take you out," I said. "Besides. I'm buying."

"you were going to take her here weren't you?"

"I was," I said. "But even if she hadn't dumped me but said no I still would have gone. I reserved a separate tasting room."

"Tasting room?"

I nodded. "They put you in a pitch black room where you can't see anything and they give you different cakes and foods they make. You get 3 to 4 different cakes and 2 different kinds of other baked goods to eat. But I think it would be better to do it with a friend."

"You consider me a friend?"

"Well... yes," I said. "Only a true friend would let me drive them." I gave her a wink. "So do you want to go or not?"

"I'll go....just means its your fault that I'll be running laps for a straight week on the track."

I laughed. "Then for every extra lap you have to run I'll run two." Then I held out my arm for her to take.

I linked my arm with his and let him lead the way.

I smiled and lead her into the bakery. There weren't really any reservations unless you knew the right people. So they brought us into the back and told us that our first cake would be out soon.

I sat down in the chair next to him.

(sorry...my mom, dad, and I went out for supper at a japanese steak house.)

I smiled and watched as the lights went out and we were submerged into the darkness.
