Lost and Alone

I rolled my eyes, though he couldn't see me. "I'm rolling my eyes, Shadow."

Kale looked at the girl, "I dont know, but i promise we'll get your brother back, dont worry"

I nodded 'Yep, even if i have to attack that Shadow guy, that will be fun'

Kale glared at her 'whatd you do?'
'Clawed him' I said merrily. 'Nice going sis, piss someone off already' He said, I smiled a wolfy smile. and turned back to the girl 'You okay?'

I pressed my back to the wall and my tail wagged to the side, looking down nervously I mutteed, "Yeah right..."

they are telling me to go to the human girl and offer to protect her.. i thought

"as you wish" i told them

I finally saw the shape-shifter...talking to others. I hovered about ten feet above her, and listened to their conversation.

The shadow guy appeared, i jumped infront of Ari and Kale. I stood growling at him 'Do anything and you'll regret it' I said to both the angel and him

"hey im the one that healed her if you dont remember" i said

"i mean that was a deep hole if you dont know...it would have killed her if it werent for me" i said

"Im okay. I just want my brother." I frowned


Leo closed his eyes, suddenly tired

I screamed as the guy appered in front of me "What the f*ck is going on!" I was freaking out then I heard what he said "You were the one that healed me?" I got up and hugged him "Thank you."

"Don't worry, girl, I like you," I told her. "Him," I gestured at Shadow, "You can do whatever you want to."

I started to play with my nails while they flirted

"your welcome..Ari right?" i asked

I rolled my eyes. "Ari, just pretend he doesn't exist."

I ignored the girl and nodded "Yeah. Ari. My name is Ari. Yours is Shadow...I think." I was babbleing

i cocked my head once more....

"Where is everybody else....?" I asked Kimberly.

"interesting..." i said

'and if i do remember you were the one making threats to just about everyone.' i retorted and laughed at kales thoughts

Kale was pissed at that Shadow guy already, and not because his sister. He shifted into a fox and started walking away 'come on Kari they dont need us here. Shadow will keep her safe now'

I sat down 'No' i put my nose up high. 'im staying, i dont like this guy'

I watched, wishing I had some popcorn. If this girl really wanted her own demise, who was I to stop her?

"Umm I dont know." I looked around "Hmmmm thats weird"

i chuckled" what threats were those?"

Another flash of pain. "They're getting worse," I murmured to no one in particular.

starting to get pretty bad huh? i thought to Jayde

'To both the angel and me. you know with the bone posion thing and ordering around. Who the hell died and made the stupid descision of making you king?' I said

Kale sighed at his sister, 'fine, but im not going to watch this' He said

I laughed 'stop being a baby' i tried tuning our conversation to Ari so she could hear him.

Shut the hell up, I thought back. It's none of your concern.
I was worried, though, and I didn't want him to know.
