Lost and Alone

"ive already healed him" i said turning around

"besides its all of yall's fault the cavern collapsed anyway" i said throwing my right hand up causing all the rocks to melt back into place

'Our fault. Our fault?! How in hell did you come up with that sorry excuse?' I screeched in his mind

Kale slowly started to move, he hurt like hell still but at least he could move. He kept his eyes closed and kept laying down

"because of all the noise" i said walking toward the entrance

I growled and walked after him, I was so fed up with all of this "Shadow. YOu know this isnt our fault. So dont you dare try to blame us." I tried to use my feircest voice, but I knew feirce wasnt my thing

"actually it is because i was the only person to inhabit it for 300 YEARS! when you people started arguing and yelling all the noise caused the rocks to shift and fall" i said i was tired of them and my arm wasnt helping

I took a step back, shocked that he was yelling at me. "Look whos yelling now." I said, my voice weak. I turned on my heel and walked away from him

i sighed "we need to leave now" i said "they told me the cavern will collapse in 5 mins"

"Well thats good for them." I snapped, still a little hurt

"sorry" i said holding my hands up shifting them outside "why must i always be the bad guy?" i asked no one

"ill miss you old friend" i said to the cavern as the first stones started to fall

i saw the knife in the wall and walked to it "you will never again haunt me" i said shifting back outside as the cavern collapsed

"Your not always the bad guy." I said, sighing "Just...YOu yelled at me. And at them."

"how did you hear me?" i asked suprised

"I..." I blinked. "I dont know. I just did"

"hmmmmm..." i mumbled

"Does it matter?"

"it might" i said quietly

I stared at him "Why would it matter how I heard you?"

"you are developing" i said

"Im what?"

"you have an innate ability you didnt know about" i said looking at her

'Kari, take them to our safe spot' he said and tried to stand on his own. He was sore as hell and leaned on his sister for help

I started walking in the right direction and looked back to the others 'Come on, we have a spot were yall can stay. Its kinda like our home but eh its so-so'

(i shifted all of you out before the cavern collapsed)

Kendra searched the forest looking for them and came across them she watched them from the tree thinking.

"someones here" i said tapping into my senses

I sniffed the air and smelled it too 'I agree, lets hurry out of here. Kale can you-'

'I can' he cut her off and shifted rather slowly into a snake and wrapped himself gently around Kari's neck.

"i can help you later but we need to move" i said tensing up
