Give Me One Reason

Give me one reason,
Just one,
On why I should trust you,
With all my heart and soul.

Sometimes it feels like,
You don’t trust me,
You’re hiding something,
Something you don’t want to tell me.

But what reasons can you give me?
Reasons that I should trust you,
Reasons why you trust me,
Reasons why you should be the only one on my mind.

Give me one reason,
Just one,
On why I should trust you,
After you broke my heart in two.

Music

when words fail,
Music speaks.
Music is my life,
without it:
where would i be?


I'd be depressed all the time,
I wouldnt have the people i love and care about most,
or alife.
i wouldn't be smart,
i wouldn't be happy,
i wouldnt be writing this poem.


without music,
i'd have no words,
my words always fail,
they will never succeed,
music is my world.

Mommom

being in your house today,
empty house,
but still full of memories.
i tryed my hardest not to cry,
my last grandparent alive,
i don't want to loose you.
i barely hear your laugh,
but when i do i smile.
mommom,
i love you,
i miss you,
i live with going days on end without seeing you,
but i get by with the sound of your voice.
i remember when i would sit,
with a pot,
on a chair,
pretending it was the stove,
while you cooked chicken noodle soup,
my imagination was zooming around the pot infront of me.
i remember watching you fall,
i cryed because i was so scared.
i remember me breakiing my nose on your porch.
sleeping on the couch,
sleeping on the floor,
making cookies,
making food,
drawing pictures,
writing my alphabet,
being in that car accident,
you being scared that i had whiplash.
mommom,
when i can't see that house anymore,
i know i'll cry,
memories, pure memories,
will always remind me why.
i love you,
don't ever leave,
i'd miss you way to much

Poppop

i've been thinking so much about you lately,
i loved you when you were alive,
i still love you to this day.
i miss you so much,
memories buzz in and out of my head.
the day you fell,
holding your hand as the life support was turned off,
your life slipping away.
you watching for my bus,
every morning.
when dad got in the way,
you'd make a smart comment.
you made me laugh until i cryed,
you were my life back then.

i remember the last birthday,

i got to spend with you,

krispy creame donuts,

i miss those days so much.
i miss you so much,
the memories don't help.
when ever i look at my brother,
i see you.
writing this poem,
all i see is a blur,
because, poppop,
i loved you.
why'd you have to go?

Heart

I’m with you where ever you go,
If it weren’t for me, you’d be dead.
I power all your organs,
Pump blood through all your veins.
I am the reason you live.


I hate when you eat fast food,
You block my arteries with cholesterol.
Once you have eat to much,
I will stop beating,
I’ll fail,
The doctors will do all they can.


When they tell you to be healthy,
To eat healthy foods,
To walk or run each day.
You get upset, you stress out,
You want to change,
But you just can’t!


With tempting foods all around you,
You’ll never be at peace,
I’ll warn you once and a while,
However, it will never be enough to help you out.


You obviously don’t love me,
I see you just don’t care,
But as a heart, I will always love thee.
When I stop beating one day,
When all your family mourns you,
They will forget to mourn me.


As a heart I care about you,
But if you don’t care about me, you WILL die.
Please take care of me,
I am your loving heart

To all those who have bullied me,
called me names,
put me down,
made me insecure;
Was it really worth everything you have done?
Just to seem cool,
Just to help you feel better.
Was it worth all of my tears?
Just for you to be happy?

You were once my friends,
now you mean nothing,
are nothing to me.

I won't listen to your laughes,
I won't sink to your level,
I know you are just insecure,
I knoe you only put me down,
so you can be popular.

Popular doesn't have to be mean,
Popular is just because you have a lot of attention,
Popular by mean is nothing.

When I am older,
When I am a star.
I won't let you in,
because YOU turned your back on me.

Cherish

I cherish every moment with you,
Hang on every word you say,
Hoping each kiss will last me,
But just until the next.
Sometimes it works,
Sometimes it doesn't.
It all depends on how long we are apart.

Each kiss,
I will cherish;
Every kiss on the cheek,
Every kiss on the lips,
They'll stay in my memory forever.
I love them so much,
That is why they can last so long.

If I lean away,
or turn away from one of you kisses,
I am just nervous,
I cherish those butterflies,
because they remin me of you,
and how much I love you.

I cherish my time with you,
because all good things must come to an end,
every kiss,
every word,
every hug,
every butterfly,
every touch of our hands.
I cherish everything.

Butterflies

When you lean in to kiss me,
If I lean away,
It is not because I don't love you,
Because I doo.
The only reason is because:
When I am kissing you,
And right before I kiss you,
I get butterflies,
My heart starts racing,
I only see you,
I'm afraid I will smile while kissing you.

When I finally brace the butterflies,
the feeling we're the only people here,
That the kiss will last forever.
But when it ends,
the butterflies return,
my heart beats louder,
and I smile.
I love the butterflies,
they only remind me,
of how much I truely love you.

I can’t feel anything without you,
Nothing but pain and regret.
I miss you so much,
The way you text,
The way you talk,
The way you make me feel.

I feel so stupid,
Why did I let this happen once more?
Everyone says it’s good for me,
So I just put on a face to make them all happy,
When in reality,
All I want,
Is you,
You by my side,
You to dry my tears,
You to comfort me.

All I have left is a broken heart,
I know yours is broken too,
So why not admit that we are meant to be,
That we love each other,
That we can’t live without each other.

You gave me the choice,
I choose wrong,
I don’t want to be like this.
Tears rolling down my face every second.
I don’t think I have a tear left,
But then I prove myself wrong,
Another tear slips from my eye,
Another day is spent weeping,
More depressing songs are played,
Because I want to remember all the times we had.

I sit here typing this poem,
Wishing so desperately you’ll read it,
But I know you won’t.
You never read my poems.
So I’ll sit here and cry,
Watch my tears hit the keyboard.
Watching the letters grow blurry,
I bring the poem to an end.

Here the poem ends,
Just like my heart will stop beating,
If you decide to never love me again.

Dreams

I look into your eyes,
Your bright blue sparkling eyes,
Listen to your voice,
Your low deep voice,
My arm is touched by your hand,
Your soft, cold hand.

I could dream of you,
You about to kiss me,
Me wake up just as your lips touch mine,
Why can I not be more like you?

Now I know,
That everything I saw,
Everything I felt,
Was only a wonderful,
DREAM.
