I leaned back quietly.

"So what now?"

"Um...." I replied.

I just laid my jead back.

I sighed, "I don't know,"

I just nodded.

I turned on the TV to see what was being said.

I watched it with her.

I flipped through news channels and stopped when our picture appeared. Then they turned to say I had been seen today with him and a council member, and dressed like one of them!

"Well at least thats a good thing." I said softly.

I nodded as Drake came on and started talking about. I sighed, "I probably need to let everyone know I can't talk to them. Good thing I don't do social media," I said. I had one email and no contacts or friends.

"Probably a good idea to tell them." I lpoked at her.

"How could I though? I don't have a way of speaking to them without any press around. I really don't want to disown anyone as publicly as I will have to but the only safe way is to go to the interview and say it. It wouldn't be too hard with them though," I said. A few of my 'friends' went on and after some kids or teachers I hardly spoke to came on. "That's a lot of work. But my legal school name was Caroline Jenkins, and I used my real name as a nickname. I guess I can just take on Clair's last name and say she took me in to add to my back story," I sighed.

"I know this is going to be hard. Whenny father passed away i didnt know what to do on my own. So i just try to do whati can."

"I understand. But I am sure I can dispel these 'rumors'," I replied.

I nodded.

I leaned back into the couch. "I never thought being an angel's friend could be so troublesoms.," I mumbled.

"Sorry." I said.

"Don't be, despite it all I am willing to put up with what may come. As long as you're a real friend to me," I said and looked at him.

I looked at her and nodded.

"I've never really had anyone be there for me so it's a different experience," I replied.

"Well you get to learn."

"Yes, and I know you can be there," I said. "I saw you on TV with Mist and I always thought about how it must suck to be with a stuck up girl like her, but you were always there for her. It was sweet."

I chuckled. "Yea. Though she was a pain in the butt."

"But you still were there for her," I said.
