I think he'll end up being killed by Neferet due to the Darkness that was wrapped around him when he went to the Otherworld.

sounds bout like it bt i hv 2 disagree that the darkness will kill him cuz i know this by neferet she would kill him herself

Kalona has a good side but his dark side is much stonger,, and after all he's done i don't think zoey will forgive him or even that she could look him in the eye again..Heath was really important to her
