Okay, for some odd reason, I have "once upon a December stuck in
my head, so here are a few little jumbles that kinda go with the rhythem.

late at night
all alone I
toss and turn,
can't remember...
a voice speaks softly
in my head,
on this cold night in December...

Some one holds me safe and warm
but inside I'm a violent storm.
please, my love come set me free
restore my memory...

blinding lights,
deafning sounds,
burning up like an ember
it's the song
someone sings
once upon a December....

Kalona's poem

waiting, this cold earth as strongly trapped me.
I wait inside for eternity.

The flaming fires
the running waters
caring for all my
sons and daughters
i am the mighty earth
the blowing breeze
caring for all with
love and ease.
I am Nyx
the goddess of night
the brave
the beauty
the one to fight.

for they feel the most fear

For they know whose most dear

blessed are the stolen,
they know what to retrieve,

blessed are the vampyres,
for they all truely believe.

Me....the prophetess;
my body is the structure of my poems,
my bones are my words,
my blood is the flowing rythem,
and my muse is the goddess.
I am a poet.

I sit and wait
for you to see,
how much I love you,
and how great we'd be.

my dreams are filled
with us as one.
but before it happens
you say it's done

You talk to me
and even smile,
couldn't we just try it?
Even only for a while?

You say you won't
date your friends ever a-gain
because it brings you nothing,
nothing but pain.

Can't you see that I'm different?
Can't you just bend the rules?

I guess we're both just fools.

twirl, into your arms
look, in your eyes
gaze, into your soul
blink, my eyes
breathe, your breath
lean, in to your being and

I sit here alone by
the chapels window pane
gazing into the world
gazing into the rain,
that spills and spews
upon my world,
my ring, dress of white
and my hair nicely curled....

The mountian sets behind the sun,
so enchanting, for all to see;
but as beautiful as the set might seem
it's not deserving of me

To gaze upon this natures dream
and see what god has made,
I'm humbled and in utter awe
yet my feelings are still frayed.

A betreyal looms within my mind
as this day turns to night
the sky is blue, then, red then black
I hope everything will be alright...

the pains of love be sweeter far,
than any other pleasures are,

that one of love has beauty more,
than any other that i adore,

the sounds of love be better said
than left just as thoughts in my own head

the workings of love be mysterious true
but all i know is that I LOVE YOU!

The Dance

My reasons for being here are
still sort of jumbled.
I didn't even know you would be here.
After what had happened earlier...
You would think I'd be mad.
And you do,
but I'm not.
I'm just happy to be here
within a mile radius of you.
I know it seems farfetched
but dispite our differences
I really like you.
Since that one day where we
became close.

Back to reality,
the song comes on.
We know the steps,
we've been literally
in eachothers arms dancing to it.
somehow a crowd gathers
because they see we are in position
to preform.
We put on a show,
but I guess that's all it's gunna be.

Look, she's waiting for you...

Poem to the Red Fledglings

Trapped inside this nightmare
there's no way to escape.
The evil laugh and evil smle
bring a frown unto my face.
I'm frightened and in terror
My Goddess, please set me free!
Make it known and show me so
that you really still love me.

Poem To The Heartbroken
the last thing I remember
is being held close to you,
the feeling of being so secured
and our happiness was true.
But back to the present
and my heart is rotting black!
What we had is really gone
we can never bring it back.
I don't want to love again
or never let anyone else around.
Time doesn't really heal all wounds,
my love can never be found.....

Heehee, I go to a Catholic School, and in our religeon class ((which is really just a history class)) we had an assignment to write a poem, so I guess I'll just post it here =]

Take us from our darkness,
and lead us to your light,
for we are just the instruments
to your glory and your might.
You give us all we ask for,
in return we all believe,
and should we ever stray away
you find us to retrieve

What would happen if
the mighty tiger lost it's roar?
What would happen if
you walked angrily out my door?
The mighty tiger would feel helpless
and whimper all alone,
and I would not be able to
call our small house a home.

What would happen to the fish
if it's river home ran dry?
What would happen if you didn't care
when all I could do was cry?
The fish would die
and never be able to live again.
I would die because I was lonely,
alone without a friend.

But the mighty tiger
will never lose it's growl,
and i will never be alone
and know the feeling so foul.
And the river will always run
and the fish will never leave.
So I always know my love is true
I just have to believe~!

I feel you all around me
though nothing's really here

i can hear your fragile heartbeat
things are not as they appear.

I smell the cologne you used to wear
it makes me miss you more....

I see the glow that was from your smile,
I break down toward the floor.

I taste the blood you must have known,
as it flowed away from your last breath

oh the things your senses felt,
when you had your meet with death.

Goes across my sky,
its shine ever so brilliant....
