I think since Rephaim is an immortal maybe his form can change but he would still be an immortal. What do you think?

I thought rephaim was only part immortal...? Am I mistaken? Either way, He's gunna be hunkier then icky mc Essie kalona *gag* and one smexie immortal!!! And SR ((aka me!)) shall be his queen!!!

Its totally adorable between them, how Stevie Rae explains things about the modern world and her strange metaphors. One of my favourite lines in the book is "I am not a bat"

So do i. It would be terrible if they didn't end up together. But even if Rephaim dies, Stevie Rae is bound to his humanity, so she'll always be able to find him, even when he's reborn.

And maybe if his bird form does die, she will have his human form. Yeeeeeeees?

my predictions:
i think his human form will come out but possibly not for good until the end of the series (not sure how many books before then....hopefully a lot!) but will make apperances throughout. I think that Dallas sucked (sorry if you liked him!) and was SO happy Rephiam showed up to stop Stevie Ray from doin' it with Dallas!! That just felt so wrong to me!

I'm wondering what kind of impact their relationship will have on Kalona....not to mention everyone back at the House of Night. I think Krashmina already knows about them, but she still trusts Stevie Rae. I think Aphrodite will be the next person to figure it out too.

I can't wait to see!

I thought about that too, Dragon finding out! I'm scared that he willl go hunt him down when Stevie Rae is sleeping or something, especially if Dallas tells all the adult vamps that Rephaim has some kind of "mind control" on Stevie Rae!!

Or if Dallas doesn't tell the adult vamps, he will go team up with the red fledglings since he is a full vampyre now and together they will make a mess for Stevie Rae. Either by hunting down Rephaim out of vengence or telling everyone else about him and Stevie Rae.......

Mari-chan, I also thought the same thing--that maybe if his bird form dies, his human form will come out!! That definitely sounds like it could happen.....but not until everyone finds out and theres a lot of drama first, he he.

I don't want Dallas to tell every one, so I'm hoping that when/if he does tell the other vamps, they will sense the bad energy and not believe him. That can prolly hold them off for a while.

What if, and only if, Dragon is responsible for killing Rephaim, as in his not human form, and because his humanity is linked to Stevie Rae in some weird way, he's able to change into the indian kid Aphrodite saw?

I mean, I think Dragon was blaming Rephaim for killing his wife, so it's obvious that he's going to want revenge, get me? So if Rephaim gives himself out and he's killed but because of the whole humanity things, he's able to change?
