Will Rephaim choose Light?

That could be a possibilty, it could also lead to a lot of compromising situations, seeing as Rephaim isn't wearing any clothes in his human form...

yeah. true. maybe he would have to get use to wearing clothes if he does change. but if they do have it where he can change forums, then they should also give him something where he can make his clothes come back when he turns back human.

Anyway... I really want to see Kalona's reaction when Rephaim shows up on the doorstep of Saint Clement Island, not dead. I think Neferet won't be that surprised, and for added irony, would probably make some biblical reference. Like "The favourite son returns, to rise again." Maybe it's just me, but i can just see her doing something like this.

I actually thought that while Kalona was away, Neferet would kill all the Raven Mockers, and when Kalona got back, she'd be like "Stevie Rae and/or Rephaim did it! Your son has betrayed you!"

well you have to remember. that they think they are all dead.

I don't know why, but I think Rephaim may have something to do with Kalona's downfall in the end.

He's is his father's son, but has the choice to change what he will do, and I think he will choose light for Stevie Rae. Especially since she is bound to his humanity.

Sometimes it takes being afraid of something to actually be able to defeat it.
He was pictured in Aphrodite's vision fighting with himself, perhaps part of defeating Kalona will be within Rephaim choosing Light over Darkness. He was the first son, the first of his kind and favourite over all by Kalona. It may be a shock to Kalona to see his son choosing to be good, even though he was born from evil.

true. i guess all we can really do is wait and see. even though its going to be a year before we can read, if not longer.

it keeps us on the edge of the seat. and it makes me read a lot faster. haha.

lol. yeah, i read the book in about 3 weeks only because of my work would get in my way.

i read burned in like 3 days and it's a miracle because when i read in english i take about two times more than when i read in french loll.

But the thing that bother me is that we will probably not know in the next book what he wiil do, so make a little calculated: minimum 1 year, because Awakened comes out in January so let 6 months for the next, IT SO MUCH TOO LONG
