Chapter 11 part 2

Warmth, comfort, voices, soreness. That's what greeted me when I finally woke up. I found myself back at the house in a soft yet warm bed. I slowly opened my eyes and seen Jay and Mike talking to one another. They looked relaxed and deep into their conversation. As I watched them I felt someone place a cool cloth on my forehead. I turned my head and seen it was Rachel, she smiled down at me and I offered up a true smile. Even though I haven't seen her around much, I could tell that she was trust worthy.

"Look who's finally awake. How you feeling lil bit." Jacob said as he made his way over to me.

"Just fine." I said with a bright smile.

"You had us worried for a while, never thought you'd wake up." Mike teased as he sat next to me on the bed.

"How long was I out?" I asked as I sat up a little.

"Almost a week, you kept mumbling stuff in your sleep, kind of scary though." Jay answered.

"Yeah, we tried waking you like ten times but nothing seemed to work." Mike said also.

"But you did mention something about the forrest alot." Jay looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Wait so excatly what happened?" I asked a little confused. It all seemed so real.

"That day when me and Mike came to the school to talk to you, you went into your brain freeze. We brought you home after the bell nearly made you deaf. You went to sleep, but then started sleepwalking. I followed you most of the way until you almost walked off the ground into the river. But somehow you never woke up. But I brought you back here and that's when you started talking about the forrest and trees and screaming, and stuff like that. We didn't know what to do so we just let you sleep. Rachel here was the one who told us you'd wake up soon. She's kept an eye on you this whole time." Jacob explained. I just sat there and nodded my head as I processed everything.

"It was all a deam." I whispered to myself.

"Hey you okay?" Mike asked as he pushed a stray piee of hair behind my ear. I looked up and into his eyes and fell in love all over again. I smiled a bright, genuien smile and nodded my head.

"Yes I'm fine. Thanks guys for looking over me."

"You're my sister it's my job." Jacob said as he pulled me into his arms for a hug. "Like I said I'm not letting you go anywhere. You have a real family now." He said as he hugged me tight. I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him back. A reall family.

Chapter 12

"Jessica Hally." Our princaple called. It was the end of May, middle of spring. Graduation time. Surprisingly I managed to pass all my classes after missing nearly a whole semester. But thanks to Jacob and Mike I was able to take afterschool classes at Jay's school. Who knew learning was a lot of fun. School was no different, the students still treated me the same, no one talked to me, and life goes on, but I can say I felt like a new person stepping back into Nathniel Wells High. Now, here I am four months later about to graduate. Never thought this day could come any faster.

"Lillieona Snipes." Mr. Harrald announced. I stood from my seat with a wide smile and made my way across the stage. I grabbed my diploma from the assistant princaple then shook hands with the princaple as he moved my tassel to the left. Pictures were snapped and off the stage I went. This went on for about another hour as speeches were made pictures were snapped and names were called. Finally the last person was across the stage and final remarks were made.
"Congradulations to the senior class of '08!" He shouted. Everyone cheered and the seniors threw up their hats. What a great time. Now I can really began living my life. Once the cerimony was over I made my way through the crowd in search for my family. I spotted Jacob on one side with Veronica but not one sign of Mike.

"Hey Jay, V." I greeted with a smile.

"There she is. Finally a step a head of me." Jacob said with a smile.

"You'll be in this same position within the next month so be quiet." I laughed as I hugged him.

"Congradulations." Veronica said.

"Thanks V."

If you hadn't noticed Veronica and Jacob have been hanging around eachother a lot now. So I've grown to like her. She's a really cool person to be around. "You seen Mike?" I asked as I took another look around in hopes he'll pop up.

"Uh. Mike and David had to step out for a while." Jacob said drawing my attention back to him. The look on his face told me he couldn't discuss the real reason. I simply nodded my head in total understanding. No one needs to know what goes on in our lives. Hell I'm not even sure if it's all real. "Mike wasn't feeling to good so David left with him." Translation, Mike was loosing strength so he had to go and restore it. How? I'm still lost on that part.

"Oh okay. Well I'm going to change my clothes then I'll be ready to go." I said steping away from them.

"Alright we'll be waiting. I'll call David and tell them to meet us at the diner." I simply nodded my head and made my way towards the locker room where my clothes were. It was partically empty when I got in there. Some girls were taking pictures others just hanging around before they've departed and went their seperate ways. I grabbed my duffel bag and took off my gown. Once I was changed and ready to go, a few girls stopped me on my way and we began talking. To my surprise they've gone through the same things I have. The constant bullying, the talking, mean looks. Just about everything.

"I thought I was the only outsider here." I said as we made out way down the empty halls.

"I never really got a long with anyone. I wold come to school do what I had to do and go straight home." Marissa said.

"Half the time I wouldn't show up for school. I would always go to the afterschool sessions over at Lakhurst High." Karly also said.

"Yeah I would go over there every now and then. The school even tried to transferr me there but my parents was being too cheap. So I was stuck here." I said with a shrug of my shoulders.

"You too? Man I've been trying to get my parents to let me go there since the first day here!" Marissa shouted in excitement.

"Yeah, I know the feeling." Me and Karly said at the same time. We all looked at eachother and laughed. As we went through the double doors I felt someone staring at me. I turned my head and looked down the hall, the sight I seen made my heart race. No way was I seeing this. My father stood at the other end of the hall looking like he's been living in the woods for days.

"Hey Lilly you coming?" Karly asked snapping me out of my trance.

"Uh yeah, sorry thought I seen someone." I said mentally shaking my self. I looked back down the hall and didn't see him. I have to tell Jay about this.

"So what are your plans after you leave here?" Marissa asked.

"Well my brother, his girlfriend, a few friends of ours, and I were planning to go out to eat, and maybe hang out for a while."

"Sounds like fun. I have nothing to do but go home and babysit." Marissa complained.

"Uh. You two want to come? I think I can hook you guys up with my friends." I offered.

"Beats doing nothing for the rest of the night." Karly said. We continued walking until I found Jacob and Kevin.

"Hey Kev." I said with a smile then hugged him. "Jacob, Kevin this is Marissa and Karly. Do you mind if they join us tonight?" I asked sweetly.

"Hey I know you two." Jay exclaimed. "Marissa your brother is Jody right?" He asked. Marissa blushed a little and nodded her head.

"Actually we're twins. He's older by three minutes." She laughed lightly.

"And Karly you always come for the after school sessions. I see you around a lot."

"Guilty as charged." Karly laughed.

"Well I'm sure David won't mind having someone to talk to while we're all out. Kevin you cool?" Jacob asked. We all seen the look in Kevin's eyes as he looked at Marissa. "Kevin!"

"Huh? Oh yeah they can come. As long as she agrees to be my date?" Kevin smiled wickedly as he took Marissa's hand in his and kissed the back of it.

"I'll be happy to." Marissa blushed even harder. We all laughed a little and made small talk.

"Uh Jay can I talk to you for a sec." I said as I stepped off to the side.

"I'll be back in a sec." He said to Veroncia. He kissed her cheek then made his way over to me. "What's up, you look scared." He observed.

"I am." I whispered as I too a quick look around. No sign of him.

"Lil what's going on?" He asked. His voice becoming worried.

"I saw dad."

"When?"

"On my way back. He looked like he's been living in dirt for a long time." I expained trying to erase the image fro my mind.

"I'm sure you were seeing things but if you see him again tell me and I'll find a way to work it out." I simply noddede my head and we made our way back to the group.

"Yo Jay-Rock." Kevin yelled. "David and Mike said they're on their way to the diner. I told them about our extra guest and they're fine with it." Kevin announced once we made it back to them.

"Iight well since everyone is here lets get a move on. Uh Marissa and Karly if you two don't mind riding with Kevin, I'll drive Lil, and Veronica." Jay ordered.

"That's fine with me." Marissa and Karly said at the same time. We all loaded into our designated cars and on our way to the diner we go.

Chapter 13

Every one was having a great time, Mike and David approved of my new friends and was happy for me, but throughout the whole dinner Mike seemed a little distant and not himself.

"Are you sure you're okay?" I whispered to him as we all walked a long side the beach. It was a few minutes before the sun was set to go down and no one wanted to go home, so Kevin and David suggested we all go for a walk, so here we are walkin along the sandy beach with a cool wind blowing around us, setting the tone for the sun set. It was nice, the sky started to change from it's clear blue, to a sky blue.

Mike squeezed my hand gentally and looked down into my eyes. "Yes I'm fine, for the hundreth time. I wasn't able to fully restore my strength before we got to the dinner that's all." He said reassuringly.

"Why didn't you? You need your strength." I protested.

He simply chuckled and pulled me close. "You don't have to worry about me I'm perfectly fine. I know how to deal with low strength. You just worry about enjoying your graduation day." He then kissed my cheek and we stood near the water and watched as the sun began to set.

"I just don't want anything happening to you." I spoke softly, looking out into the water. I heard him let out a heavy sigh before he turned me around in his arms. I looked up into those pretty hazel eyes of his and felt myself melt on the inside.

"Listen to me." He spoke sternly as his eyes roamed over my face before landing back onto my eyes. "I will be fine, no matter what. If anything was to happen, I have Kevin and David here with me. They know when I'm in need of help, so you don't need to worry your pretty little head about me. I can take care of myself, okay?"

I nodded my head finally giving up the fight, and smiled at him. "But what I do know I need is a kiss. Haven't had a taste in days and I don't think I can wait anylonger." He said jokingly. My smile brightened as I stood on my tip-toes and kissed his lips. His arms snaked around my waist as he pulled me closer to him. He pressed his lips onto mine savoring the sweet taste of my strawberry lip-gloss. I felt his tounge lightly graze my bottom lip asking for entrence. I slightly parted my lips as his tounge slid inside. Our tounges collided as explosives went off inside my head. This was turning out to be the best day ever.

The kiss grew deeper as our bodies fused as one. Our tounges were exploring every inches of eachothers mouths as if it were something new. My head was spinning and my body was reacting to this lustful experience in a whole different way. It was something I've never experience before and I kind of liked it. We slowly pulled away and stared into eachothers eye letting the moment drift into the windy yet peaceful air around us. A smile made its way onto my face as if it were a small baby sneaking a peek at it's Christmas toys.

"Wow." Was all I could manage to say.

"Where have you been all my life?" I heard him whisper.

I just smiled and laid my head on his chest as he continued to hold me up. We stared off into the ocean as the sun dissapeared behind the horizon, leaving behind strays of violet, blue, orange, red, and bits of yellow in the sky. It was just beautiful.[/size][/size]

Chapter 14

"I have a surprise for you." He whispered into my ear. His deep husky voice vibrated through my ears and sent chills down my spine and a tingly feeling in the pit of my stomach.

"What is it?" I asked with a broad smile.

"You have to wait for it, but know it's very special." His eyes twinkled in the moon light leaving them as a silver color.

It's been months since I first got here and yet he still amazes me. "Well can I get a hint as to what it is?"

I was going crazy on the inside but didn't let it show. He stood pretending to think about my question. "Okay how about this?" He reached into his back pocket and pulled out a small box. It was navy blue with a pink bow engraved into the top. He slowly opened the tiny box and revealed a diamond that sat snugged inside the small slit that was placed in the cusion. The light from the moon sparkeled off it sending off a bright shine. It was the most beautiful diamond I've ever seen in my life.

"What is this?" I asked speechless. Words couldn't describe how I was feeling at the moment.

"My promise to you." He spoke with joy. He removed the ring from it's cushiony pace holder and slid it onto my finger.

I smiled brightly as I examined it's containts as it rested on my right ring finger. "It's beautiful." I said breathlessly.

"I promise to always be there for you no matter what happens." His voice held such passion and love I didn't know what to say or do.

This was turning out to be the best day ever. Nothing I've done in my life can measure up to this very moment. "If anyone told me I'd be standing here with the most amazing guy, who so happens to be a fallen angel, I would've laughed and thought they were kidding. But now I know it's possible." I finally spoke.

He smiled that breath taking, killer smile of his, and my breathe caught for a second before returning. The moonlight stroll on the beach was the perfect setting for this. He leand down and held his lips inches away from my ear as he spoke. "I love you." His lips lightly grazed my earlobe as he said thoes three words I've been dieing to hear.

I thought I was speecless before, but now I really don't know what to say. The words played over and over again in my head as the truth of them set in. I loved him too! I opend my mouth to speak but no words could come out. I stared into his eyes in hopes he'd understand that I felt the same way. He placed his large hand on the side of my face and caressed my cheek with the pad of his thumb. I stepped closer to him while continuing to stare into his eyes. I stood on my tip toes and kissed him deeply. I poured everything I couldn't say into the kiss. It was the most mind blowing, breath taking, soul shattering, heart stopping kiss I've ever experienced in my life. He pulled me closer wanting our bodies to fuse together, become one. It was just to real. I parted my lips to let his tounge gain access to explore my mouth. Soon our tounges collided and it sent us to a new level of plessure. I stood there and melted into his arms as everything around us became nothing but a blur. The waves of the ocean crashing against the shore, the fishes singing, and the birds flying. It was just too perfect. I had to gain control over my body, by the way it was reacting. I've never felt this way before. Slowly pulling away, we both let out soft chuckles of laughter as we stared into eachothers eyes.

"Wooow." Was all I managed to get out. Nothing else can top this at all.

"We're heading out!" Jacob called from behind us. "You two okay over there?" He asked as he made his way over to us with a tired Veronica.

"Yeah we good." Mike spoke never taking his eyes off me.

"Aye you better be careful with my little sister. You my best friend and all, but I will kick your *edit your post and this will go away*." Jacob said jokingly.

"Man you already know I wont hurt her. You have my word. Now go enjoy the rest of the day. I have everything undercontrol." He finally tore his eyes away from mine to give Jay one of their guy looks.

"I'm holding you to it." He warned. "See you later Lil, you know how to reach me if anything goes wrong." He said taking a step towards me. I simply smiled and opend my arms for a hug. With his long legged strides, he embraced me within two steps. "See you later." He said once again. We released and I waved to Veronica. She smiled at me and waved, but threw a wink my way as she followed behind Jay.

I let out a small chuckel and shook my head.

"Well since everyone is leaving, ready for the other part of your surprise?" Mike finally spoke breaking the silence between us.

"What?! You mean to tell me there's more?" I asked finally finding my voice.

"Yes my love there's more. So are you ready?" He asked once again.

My smile brightend as I shook my head.

"Lets go then." He grabbed my hand and we made our way to his car.

David and Kevin had left about an hour ago, so Mike had the car keys. We climbed into the car and off we went. I sat still in the comfortable car as we cruised down the road. It was so relaxing I could just fall asleep. As we drove around, Mike placed his hand on my thigh. I placed my hand over his and smiled at him. I close my eyes and relaxed my body against his touch. He soon began to slowly caress my thigh as we continued the drive.

"Where are we going exactly?" I ask feeling more relaxed. His hand on my leg, the smooth drive, the comfortable seat, and the beautiful night, it was just a great combination.

"It's a suprise, you just have to be patient.." He spoke softly with a hint of seduction in his voice.

I simply nodded and closed my eyes, I could really get used to this. I began melting against his touch. At times when he would remove his hands from my thigh I would feel exposed, and my body would ache for his touch again.

Soon I felt myself wanting him in ways I've never known I could imagine. It scared me to want to take another step into a new life. The more he touched me the more I wanted to be close to him. It wook all I had not take his hand and press it between my legs. Just the thought of him touching me intimatly, sent chills down my spine and a tengelly feeling within the pit of my stomach. I felt the car make a turn then slowed to a stop.

"Alrighty sleepy head, we're here." He spoke low as he lightly shook my leg. I turned my head to face him as I slowly opend my eyes.

I just hope my face doesn't show what I was secretly thinking. We stared at eachother for a moment just enjoying the silence.

"I think you're going to injoy this just as much as I will." His sinful smile was captivating and just beautiful. He undid his seatbelt the leand over and kissed my lips softly.

"You ready?" He asked softly.

"Yes." He climbed out the car and rushed over to my side and opend the door for me.

I held onto his hand as I climbed out. He then closed the door behind me and led me up a pebbled pathway that lead up to this beautiful cabin. I hadn't notcied it before until now. The senery that surrounded it was even better; small lights lit the path up to the door, and the stars shone brightly in the dark night sky. He unlocked the front door and we walked inside.

"What is all this?" I asked once I've taken in everything. The soft comfortable furniture, the two floor to ceiling windows in the front, and the crystal chandiler that hung in the livingroom. Laying around were lit candels and a soft light fragrence wafted through the air, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

"Consider this your free and exclusive spa, minus the other stuff. I'll be your massuse, chef, and anything else you need." His playful wink and his sinister grin sent a surge of pure delight in the pit of my stomach. He wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me from behind.

"This is just too sweet. I love it." I said excitedly.

"Great, now I want you to go upstairs and get yourself together. Everything you need is laying on the bed. You can thank Veronica for your outfit." He winked, then kissed the base of my neck.

I relaxed against the warmth of his lips on my neck. Butterflies were fluttereing wildly in the pit of my stomach. I detached myself from his grip and made my way up the steps. When I reached the top, it was more beautiful than down stairs.

"This is awsome." I whispered to myself. My life couldn't get any better.

I walked into the room with the open door and admired the spacious room. I walked over to the king size bed and took invetory of the outfit that laid neatly on the bed. A pink and grey plaid skirt with a pink baby doll t-shirt.

"Nice V." Next to the outfit was a matching bra and panty set. Black lace bra with a pink bow in the middle. I picked up the items and stepped into the ajoining bathroom. I released myself from my clothes and stepped into the shower as I prepared my water.

So I'm debating on if I should post the next chapter or not, due to sexual content. It was unintentional for it to go there. But anywho I don't want anyone flipping out because of it . Chapter 15

"That was great." I said as I relaxed against his body. We both laid on the floor in front of the fire place. We had just got done with dessert; icecream and baked chocolate chip cookies. He made cake but I don't think I have enough room for it.

"Thank you, glad you liked it." He kissed my forehead and pulled me closer to him.

"You know what I can go for right now?" I said looking up at him.

"What?"

"A nice back massage." I said sitting up.

"My pleasure." Mike stood and walked upstairs to the room then came back down with oils and other things. "I told you this was your miniture spa." He laughed when he seen my facial expression.

"Well then get to work." I joked. He laid out a small blanket and handed me a towel. I took the towel and went into the bathroom that was downstairs and undressed myself. Once I was done I wrapped the towel around my body and went back into the lovingroom. I followed his instructions, as I laid on the blanket and he set up the other stuff and removed my towel but kept it covered over my bottom. I laid there and relaxed as his hands began massaging my back. This was great.

The more he massaged my body the more relaxed I felt. He went from my back to my thighs and legs. As his fingers massaged my legs I felt a tingling feeling between my legs as butterflies fluttered wildly in the pit of my stomach. A slight moan escaped my mouth as I was taking away to a land of pure relaxation.

"You okay down there?" He asked with a hint of a smile in his voice.

No words could escape my mouth so I just nodded my head. His hands continued to work it's magic on my body as I felt myself wanting him in more ways then one.

His hands then went back up to my waist as he began massaging it, when he hit a nerve. My body twitched a little in response to his hands on my waist. He began massaging a spot that sent my body into over drive. Another moan escaped my lips and I melted within his touch. He kept his hands in that one spot and continued to massage it over and over again, causing me to moan again. They were quiet moans but my guess is he heard them.

"Stop that." I laughed as I removed his hands from my back and covered my self with the towel.

"Why when you loved it?" He asked playfully.

I just rolled my eyes and smiled at him. If only he knew what he was doing to my body. "Whatever." Was my only response.

He smiled and lend down to kiss my lips. As our lips connected there was burning passion between us. I slid my hands up his broad chest and slinked them around his neck. I pulled him closer to me wanting to feel his body on mine. I felt his tongue slight graze my bottom lip. I parted my lips and allowed his tongue to explore my mouth as my tongue did the same.

He kissed me with so much passion it was hard to think. I gave in and kissed him with the same amount pouring everything I felt into the kiss and his lips captured mine. I laid back onto the blanket pulling him with me not breaking the kiss.

We laid in eachothers arms out of breath. I can't believe I just had sex with him! I screamed inside my head a bright smile soon appearing on my face.

Mike kissed my cheek and he pulled me close to him. "I've been waiting for that moment since the day I met you." He said breathing hard. He nestled his head in the dip of my neck and kissed my shoulder.

"Well now you've finally got it." I smiled as I turned to face him. "Ever since we were at the beach and you told me you loved me, this was all I could think about." I confessed as I traced the out line of his jaw. He grabbed my hand and kissed my palm.

"Now you've got it. No more waiting." He smiled and kissed my lips. I laid there on his chest enjoying the feel of his bare skin on mine.

Okay so I thought this story was going to be a lot longer than it already is, but thanks to my awsome imagination the next chapter will be the last. I'm trying to bring it to a close but I keep adding more on to it so it'll be a very long chapter as well . lol well i'll post the first part once i'm actually done with it , which shouldn't be long . but I thank all of you who read and commented even when i went M.I.A for a while . it was all due to writers block & plus the site wasn't working for me for like three months or so . but anywho thanks again & hope you enjoy .

Chapter 16

I woke up to the smell of breakfast being cooked. I stretched my tired yet sore body and found myself in a queen size bed with the covers pulled over top of me, I smiled to myself remembering last night’s fantasy. I looked down and seen I had on his t-shirt yet there was nothing under it.

"Good morning sleepy head." Mike said as he walked into the room with a tray of food and a glass of juice.

"Morning." I smiled at him as I sat up in the bed.

He walked over and sat the tray on the night table then sat next to me. I pulled his face close to mine and kissed his lips, as he did the same.
"When did you bring me in here?" I asked when I pulled away.

"Last night when you fell asleep. You looked too peaceful to be on the floor." He laughed.

"How long have you been up?" I asked nodding towards breakfast.

"About two hour’s maybe. But I did make you breakfast." He said grabbing the tray from the table and sitting it on my lap.

"Aw, you're too sweet. You want to share it with me?" I asked as I held up a piece of bacon for him to bite. He smiled and bites a piece of it then kissed my cheek.

"You enjoy your food. I'm going to go clean up the kitchen, then take a quick shower. You're clothes is in that closet; Jay brought them this morning. So you can relax and enjoy the day."

"Y’all just thought of everything, didn't you?" I questioned as I took a bite of waffle. This food is delicious.

"Pretty much, but go ahead and finish eating. I'm going to go clean up." He kissed my forehead and headed out the door. I made myself more comfortable in the bed and grabbed the remote from the night stand and turned on the TV. I sat and watched reruns of old shows while I ate my food. It felt good to be taken care of for once.

Waking up in the morning without worrying about if my dad was going to beat on us or not. Or possibly what horror lurk around in the school building. I finished off my breakfast and sat the tray on the table next to me. I climbed out of the bed and stretched my body upward. There was a slight pain in my leg, and I couldn't help but laugh to myself. I slowly limped over to the closet and found my duffle bag and pulled it out. I tossed it on the bed, and began searching through it. I pulled out some underclothes and headed to the bathroom.

The weather was warm, with a cool breeze. The sky was clear and blue with little clouds in sight, and the trees gave off a fresh pine scent. It was just amazing. "This place is just so beautiful." I said taking another look around me. We were walking along a trail that went from the back of the cabin into some trees. Just like the dream I had four months ago, the trees gave me a sense of comfort. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and inhaled the full scent of pine and let it flow through my body. It was like all my senses had been heightened and my body was open to a whole new world.

Everything was so clear to me, the birds singing, the wind blowing, the rushing waters in the nearby river, and Mike's calm breathing. When I opened my eyes, it seemed like all the colors were turned up into high definition, and I could see every detail of the trail. I let go of Mike's hand and stared at my own. My skin was a bit darker than before, but it seemed like there was something radiating from my skin. I looked up at Mike, but he was nowhere to be found. A sudden rush of panic began to rise within me. "Mike?" I called out. No answer. "Mike!" I said a bit louder. Again my answer was nothing but the sound of the trees and the rushing waters. "This isn't funny."

I began feeling that prickly feeling again in my stomach. Now I was really getting scared. "Mike!" I yelled as panic began to fill my voice. The feeling began to grow, I was afraid to lift my shirt and look, in fear of what I'd find. I backed up against a tree and just stood there trying to calm my panic state. Nothing seemed to work, and everything was so bright it hurt my eyes. I crouched down into fetal position and began to cry. "Jay please help me." I said softly. With my new heightened senses I heard the flapping of wings in the far distance. I looked up in the sky and seen nothing. Then there was a shadow that was cast over me, but just as quickly as it appeared it disappeared.

I stood with a quickness and began looking around and saw nothing insight. "Okay, calm down Lilly, it's just another dream." I said to myself as I tried to gain control over my spiraling emotions. I suddenly felt light headed and dizzy. Before I knew what was going on, I dropped to the ground as a shadow blocked out the sun. I couldn't make out what or who it was before everything went black. I tried fighting for consciousness, but my body was too weak for the fight and I lost.

When I woke up I was back in the cabin, and the sweet aroma of tea kissed my nose lightly, yet a booming headache greeted me with open arms. Remembering all that happened my hands flew to my stomach in hopes it was the same as before I went into the forest. To my surprise it wasn't. That same nasty gash was there except this time it seemed like it was closed up and left a big scar. Everything seemed as bright as it did when I was in the forest. So it wasn't a dream? I questioned as I tried to think back on what happened. The sound of glass making contact with one another broke through my thoughts, and the light in the kitchen called for my attention. I slowly stood and was accepted by a piercing pain in my stomach that rolled down to my legs. I grabbed hold on the couch I was lying on for support before I could fall.

I slowly and carefully made my way towards the kitchen but didn't make it very far before I was swept off my feet, and held bridal style in someone’s arms. I didn't have the strength to fight them off, so I allowed myself to be carried back to the couch. When they laid me down, I looked up and seen it was Jacob. I opened my mouth to speak, but he stopped me before I could say anything. I closed my mouth and studied him closely. He looked so much older than I remember. He didn't look like an 18 year-old guy anymore, he looked more like 25. Like he had aged since the last time I had seen him. He placed my favorite teddy bear next to me and walked into the kitchen.

Moments later he walked out with Mike following behind with a tray in hand. He sat the tray down on the coffee table before sitting next to me on the couch. They both stared at me like I was some sort of experiment that would blow up any moment now. I had a million questions in my head and I wanted answers. I reached out and took hold of Mike's hand and placed it under my shirt and let his fingers lightly graze the scar. I laid there and watched his face. He looked over at Jacob, and they exchanged looks with one another.

"Look Lil, we haven't been completely honest with you." Jay spoke up first. "I never told you the truth because I hoped that things would've come a little easier and simpler for you, but they didn't." He paused for a while trying to collect his thoughts. I was confused, what was he telling me? I wanted to speak up but something told me not to.

"Jacob isn't your real brother, and the life you've been living was pretty much a cover up." Mike spoke up when he seen that Jay couldn't say anymore.

"What are you talking about?" I finally spoke. I sat up and stared at the two people I trusted most with my life. Here I thought they loved me, and now they're telling me that my whole life has been a lie? What else was new?

"As I showed you before, I was a Guardian Angel. I was banished from the heavens until I can fulfill my duty here on earth. I've been given many of jobs to do, and each one I always failed at because I made the same mistake. One I've made with you as well." Mike said softly. I stared deep into his eyes and seen so much hurt, and betrayal. His eyes began to change from it's beautiful gold hazel brown to a more darker color. He closed his eyes and looked away from me.

"What is that?" I asked softly as I dreaded his answer. In my head I knew the answer, but my heart just wouldn't believe it.

"I fell in deeply in love; but with you it's different. It's like you have some type of power over me, that I can't break free of. I let my emotions get in the way of all the others, and each time I could never notice the dangers that it brought upon, until it was too late." He spoke, still not looking at me.

"So you're telling me, I'm in danger?" I questioned as I dismissed everything else he said.

"Lilly listen; there's more to it than you think." Jacob finally spoke. I quickly looked over in his direction and he seemed different to me; like he was a complete stranger to me. Where was the guy I loved and called my brother? Where was the guy who was supposed to protect me forever? "I don't know how to tell you, but I'm just going to have to say it straight." He took a deep breath before he continued.

"Biologically I'm not related you to. You were just someone I was suppose to look over and protect until you've found your true potential and was able to handle things on your own. Like Mike, I too am a Guardian Angel, except I'm more powerful than he is, because he's been here longer than I have. The reasons we've both been sent to you, was because you're real parents were killed in a terrible house fire. You were only about two when it happened. Mike tried saving your parents while I saved you, but things went out of control. What seemed like an accident was actually done on purpose. There was a former Angel who wanted revenge against your parents for getting them banished to Earth for all eternity. We got your parents out but they died in the hospital that night. You on the other hand came out untouched.

"I placed you with a family I thought was good enough to keep you, but I soon found out they weren't good people at all. I couldn't take you out without raising suspicions so i had them 'adopt' me as well; and that's how I kept watch over you. Dad is a demon himself, he thought I didn't know but I always knew. It wasn't until you're thirteenth birthday that he started getting suspicious of us. Well mostly me, because I stuck close by you more and more. I knew it was only a matter of time until you've found your true self, and he didn't want that to happen. They kept you at Nathaniel Wells because they could keep a close eye on you; but at Lakehurst you would've been surrounded by people like us, and they wouldn't be able to get to you."

At this point my head was spinning and my thoughts were out of control. I could feel myself going into a mental freeze as I fought the urge. "Lilly you have to stay with me." Jacob said in a fearful tone. He quickly moved to my side, and turned my face towards him as he stared into my eyes. "It's okay, I know it's a lot to take in but you have to stay with me and listen." He pleaded. I fought the urge to look away, but the more I looked into his eyes the clearer my head became. "Take a deep breath and think happy thoughts." He instructed. I closed my eyes and did as he said. I thought back to all the happy things that happened in my life.

Having Jacob there for me every step of the way, finally finding a true family; actually finding love, and the night before with Mike. I smiled to myself as I slowly opened my eyes and looked directly at him. He still wasn't looking my way, but I knew he felt me looking at him. I then turned to Jacob and nodded my head for him to continue. Everything was starting to make sense yet it still confused me.

"The night we ran away, was the breaking point for us. The day before, I caught dad talking about his plans to separate us and use you for evil. I wouldn't let that happen so I tried stopping him myself, things wasn't pretty, and he tried to create a war between us. It didn't get too far because he didn't want to raise panic with the humans, so a big fight broke out that night. Was I among one of them who were fighting, yes I was. But I knew if I staid and fought then that would've left you vulnerable and open for anything to happen, so I had to get you out of there and fast. Our job was to protect you and that's what we were doing."

"So what am I exactly?" I looked up and stared deep into Jacobs’s eyes, hoping to find the answer. But he gave off nothing at all.

"You're Earth's Garden Angel. You're connected to the Earth in more ways than one, and so was your mother." I looked at Mike as he spoke. His voice held such pain and sorrow that I wasn't sure how to react to it. He finally looked at me and his eyes were a crystal blue, like clear water. "Which is why you have this scar here." He said pointing to my stomach.

"The scar represents you're maturity, and marks where your strength comes from. It'll soon fade away and create an intricate tattoo that marks your ranking in the life of Angels." Jacob finished. "That day when we came to your school, was the day dad had planned to take you away and keep you prisoner. We knew we had to act fast because it was a matter of time before he showed up, and we knew that your powers were soon going to come in."

"We made you believe that you were dreaming it all so you wouldn't freak out so much, but all of it was real." said Mike. "Plus we weren't sure what we were supposed to do until Rachel and Sasha told us to let take you back to the woods or some place with a lot of trees every hour you were out; Sasha is a Garden Angel herself."

"You kept passing out because your body wasn't use to the change it was going through, and you panic. Each time it was something different with you which is why we brought you here. We knew that it would be a matter of time before things grew to become to much for you and with your birthday approaching, dad won't be too far behind." Jacob picked up.

Now my head was swirling out of control. Images flased inside my mind and voices screamed at me. Within the mist of the chaos I saw my mother, my true mother, and she smiled at me and held a Lilly in her hand. Before I knew what was going on my body felt limp and a terrible noise rung loudly in my ears. My eyes shot open yet I saw nothing, I couldn't hear either, but my brain comprehended everything that was going on. Warm liquid slid down my throat as two sets of hands tried getting my body in the right position. Seconds later I felt the warmth of the liquid flow through my blood stream as things began to clear up.

"Can you hear me?" One of them asked. I reached up and touched the face that was closest to me. I let my hand linger on their cheek as I soon recognized to be Jay's and tapped his forehead. He released a sigh of relief as he brush a few strands of hair away from my face. "I'm afraid we had no time to wait. She's too weak and her powers are starting to come in." He said to Mike.

There was a long pause before Mike picked me up gently and held me in his arms. I made myself comfortable in his arms, as I let him carry me outside. The sweet smell of the trees filled my nostrils and calmed my raging nerves. I was soon placed in a filled of soft grass, when I opened my eyes I saw it wasn't just grass, it was a field of Lilies. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, and allowed their fragrance to fill me and strengthen my body. I was no longer afraid of them, I accepted them and I felt my world changing.

It was like the ground responded to my touch as I did with it's softness. I relaxed more and felt the wind wiping around me like tornado was passing through. Instead of panicking like I've always done I just let it happen. Moments later my skin began to tingle all over and the spot just between my shoulder blades, I felt a fiery sensation followed by the sound of flesh ripping and bones cracking. Yet no pain was felt. When I opened my eyes I found myself high in the sky with bright green wings sprouting from my back. My vision was clear and everything was bright like it was before when I first felt the change. I smiled down at Jacob and Mike as their eyes beamed with pride. They sprouted their wings and flew up to my side.

"Welcome to the world of Angels." Jacob said with a bright smile. They each took hold of my hand as we descended slowly to the ground. I looked at the two who've protected me and kept me safe all my life and smiled to myself. I was grateful for their heroic actions and pleased with what they've done. I was most of all happy to have found love within all of this. I pulled Jacob towards me and gave him a long hug. When we released I moved to Mike next and gave him a long and passionate kiss. His wings sprouted from his back and wrapped around me like a blanket covering a small child. It was all too real yet I knew I wasn't dreaming this time.
