Lost Love Notes

"His anxiety to come out is killing him." I said.

I nod and take out my phone calling my dad, "Hi daddy...I thought you'd like to know that I have found my mate" I wait as he says things excitedly, "Problem here daddy is that you locked up his wolf"

I watched her on the phone taking the time to admire her.

"Daddy thats your compromise? Alright...I'll talk to him about it" I put him on hold and look at him, "My dad says he'll uncage your wolf...if you marry me"

"I think that's up to you. I'd be willing, but are you? I won't make you do this just so I can have the wolf back." I replied. She needed to have a part in this.

"I want to help in some way...so I'm fine with it"

"Are you sure?" I wanted to be absolutely sure first.

"Yes"

"Alright so do I have to wait until we are married or is just to agree to?" I asked. I was sure we could figure things out together.

"Hold on" I put my father on speaker

"Come now. We can see if you really are her mate."

"I am interested in being but my question remains, is it just agreeing or do I have to wait? I'll go through with it either way." I say will staring at her.

"Alright, if she can agree to it then I will." said.

I speak the words to unbind him, "You are free. I expect the wedding to be soon" I hang up

I look at him

I sighed in relief as I felt it, but I felt guilty for this. She had to give me her freedom. "I'll try to make you happy." I promised.

"Its ok its worth it"

I nodded. "We can have our wolves together." I said. I wanted to seem happy without being selfish.

I shift and bow my head to show respect

"You don't need to bow for me." I said. I felt very bad now.

Shift I say in a whisper

I shifted in front of her and my brown wolf looked at her. He also liked her as much as her wolf. He watched her silently.

My wolf goes to him slowly with my head bowed still

You can lift your head. He told her and lowered his muzzle.

I do as told and wait

Neither me nor the wolf knew what to do. We didn't have an understanding of how to make her understand we didn't want it to be this way.
